About the Role
The Sales Coordinator and Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth order processing. You will be part of the Sales and Marketing team and will communicate daily with customers around the world. Your responsibilities include entering and processing orders, answering inquiries, and helping customers with technical questions. You will also work closely with the outside sales team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in customer service, sales operations, manufacturing, and business administration while developing valuable professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with order status updates, account inquiries, and general support.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.
  • Support the sales team with quotes, follow-ups, and customer requests.
  • Learn about our products and assist with basic product and technical inquiries.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage timely order execution from order entry to delivery of goods.
  • Maintain customer and order information in our ERP and CRM systems.
  • Process payments and assist with invoicing activities.
  • Complete required documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in occasional sales and marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent.
  • Conversational French speaking skills required. Written French is not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A positive attitude and strong customer-service mindset.
  • Enjoy talking with people and building relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to learn new systems, products, and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
